This work is a marathon.

I'm not a consultant who parachutes in with a framework and disappears. I've been in the room — holding programs, managing crises, building partnerships, and doing the unglamorous work that keeps missions alive.

I work with nonprofit founders who are built different — leaders who believe their people and their mission aren't in conflict. That's still radical in this sector. I'm here for it.
